Cancellation Policy

Scheduling All bookings must be made through our online scheduling system. Once your booking is submitted, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email followed by a personalized message confirming details such as the property address, parcel information, and access instructions. Please double-check your information before submitting to avoid delays. Turnaround Time Final edited images are typically delivered within 48–72 business hours after the flight, depending on weather conditions and the complexity of post-production. You will receive both standard and labeled image sets via secure digital delivery. Rescheduling & Weather Florida weather is unpredictable, and safety always comes first. In the event of high winds, rain, or restricted airspace conditions, we will contact you promptly to reschedule at no additional charge. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours’ notice: Subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. No-shows or inaccessible sites: Charged at 50% of the service fee. Access & Property Requirements The client is responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the property on the scheduled flight date. If the property is gated, locked, or otherwise inaccessible, please coordinate access ahead of time. FAA regulations prohibit flying over people, roads, or private structures without clearance — properties must allow for safe takeoff and landing zones. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and electronic transfer through our booking system. Receipts are automatically issued via email. Image Rights ProDrone retains ownership of all images and grants the client a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the imagery for marketing, MLS, and promotional purposes. Images may not be resold or transferred to third parties without written permission. Editing & Revisions Each booking includes basic color correction, exposure adjustment, and property line overlays. Additional edits (e.g., advanced labeling, sky replacements, or boundary map revisions) may incur an additional charge. Revision requests must be submitted within five business days of delivery. Safety & Compliance All drone operations are conducted by FAA-certified pilots in compliance with Part 107 regulations.
